Good working environment
Nice colleagues
Lots of shops/malls nearby
Cons
One red flag is that they always take internships for lower-paying employees. Additionally, upper-level management can't even be bothered to listen to our problem(lower level) as they take us fresh grads. People always come and go every month.
Colleagues are good, very understanding
can participate in international book fair
Cons
Hard to understand management that always changes their tunes
Family owned business, most discussions happen at their dinner table instead in a proper meeting
