Pros

I've been with AF for over 2 years now and honestly don't see myself going anywhere else. The team is close-knit and there are no egos around, so it's really collaborative and everyone pitches in to juggle everything. The work everyone is doing isn't same-old same-old, it's awesome to see everything coming out of the team. It's also a really international agency, we collaborate on work across offices and pop in to visit each other when on holidays.

Cons

We're relatively small in Sydney, so work can come in waves and lulls in projects can make for a quiet pace. That said, when it ramps up, everyone's excited and it's a really positive atmosphere.

Supportive work environment, great culture with great people, excellent work life balance, and an interesting mix of projects which means you're always challenged and working on something fun.

Cons

It's a small team in Sydney which might not be right for some people, but personally it's great working with a smaller team who all get on really well and you don't get bogged down in any big agency processes which can make things less efficient.
