Pros

The company is great to work for. The people are very supportive and helpful. The company places a lot of emphasis on family life.

Cons

You have a sense of layoffs all the time. Upper management does not communicate well with lower employees.

Pros

Great people, onsite gym and cafeteria, interesting work

Cons

Since CEO Green took over there is a constant fear of layoffs, anyone with seniority gets laid off first. No new products. Too many upper management and VP's. Hard to get promotions. Millions of dollars spent in remodeling but only minimal yearly raises, if at all. Outlook doesn't look good.

Pros

Your team will look out for you and there's always work available.

Cons

- No one outside of your team will care to help at all, so complex issues will probably not get resolved. - Products are pretty complex assemblies, but production is low-scale, so manufacturing is very manual and low-tech, which is not the most exciting. - There are rifts between management layers- technicians vs. corporate vs. upper management - More traditional and old-fashioned- there's an unofficial dress code, still very manual with paper processes - You don't really feel valued- from the interview itself, I got an exploding offer for 3 days and my benefits package didn't arrive by mail until the 3rd day. I took the job because that's all I had. Employee bonuses one year was a $25 amazon gift card

Pros

Several teams for different projects in different fields.

Cons

Lacks the maturity for growth. Transparency about workload was met with humiliation in front of team. Lot of top heavy bloat at the upper management.

Pros

If it weren’t for my coworkers, I probably would have quit my job a lot sooner. They made the work days tolerable, and were great people to bounce ideas off of.

Cons

I work with a department that has a very high turnover rate. Many employees have left, and the remaining staff often complain about upper management and directors. I have personally witnessed directors treating employees poorly. These employees reported these incidents to HR, but HR did nothing. The directors operate with an "it's my way or the highway" policy. When employees have made suggestions for improvement, they were ignored or shot down. This makes employees feel like they are unheard and not valued, and it further motivates them to leave. The boss there was neither professional nor better than I am, but it was okay there overall. I would have stayed longer if I had found a better or more professional boss.

Pros

They are diversified and are still in business when others have failed. Many good employees and contractors.

Cons

Management is clueless. Upper management is fine with directors and managers who yell, scream and swear at employees. Obviously none of them have taken management 101. One a day a lawsuit will bring them to their knees. Sexual harassment is tolerated depending on who you are. Others are shown the door for making a compliment to the opposite sex because they are elderly or just a contractor. Since there is no consistency there is zero faith in management's ability to manage. Good staff is moving on to other opportunities.
