Horrible Company Run by Dishonest Executives

Honestly, I can't think of anything positive about Analtica.
Cons
Overall company morale is very low and many employees question the executive's qualification to run the company. The company is located in a run down (Grade F) hubzone location that sets the wrong mood. Worse yet are the executives who are dishonest and will fire people without prior warning, notice, or with any severance packages. They will make false accusations to justify their rationale and even tell employees that severance packages were provided (when they were none). If you're looking to build your experience or career, this is not the company for you. You will not learn anything to grow your skills. Since my short tenure, I've seen many people fired, laid off, or simply quit. The turnover is very high and morale is extremely low. There is no culture that I've seen and employees simply have that look of unhappiness.
