Pros

- Some good people - Long hours creates a foxhole mentality, allowing coworkers to bond through similar hardships - Good checks, if you're willing to only go home to sleep and fill out job applications.

Cons

- Poor hourly salary - Management is overly incompetent, seeking to rather follow the status quo rather than try new ideas. Popular slogans are "This is the way it has always been done, so why change it" and "Feel free to come with new ideas, but be ready to hear that it has been tried and doesn't work" -Long hours is an understatement. These are suitable positions for those that aren't married and lack the need for social interaction outside of work. - Many employees are largely incompetent and for some reason are immune to getting terminated by management due to the fact that they do not have enough employees to cover their absence. - Lack of proper documentation for training. I have personally been forced to run tests and generate results on samples that I was far from adequately trained on. This is a cardinal sin when assessing food items for public health. - Some employees will leave vast amounts of work for others to complete for them; at many times completely jeopardizing the results that clients are expecting in a timely manner. I personally witnessed CLIENT SENSITIVE DATA IN A 1 INCH STACK WAITING TO BE PROCESSED FOR 6 MONTHS AND COUNTING; TURNAROUND SHOULD ONLY HAVE BEEN A WEEK AT MOST. I have no idea how they have managed to keep any of their clients.

Pros

1. If you are a recent graduate in need of a job to gain some experience, this is a good place to start. They don't require any previous work experience. 2. They encourage training in multiple departments. Learn as much as you can to increase experience. 3. The people are great. Friendly, laid back, and funny. This is the critical aspect that makes the time bearable.

Cons

1. Hours are too long (12+) 2. Favoritism among certain employees and departments means they will enjoy many perks that you will not. You will have to stay to finish your work, while they get to clock out on time and leave their pile of work for you to complete. Any rules that are in place do not apply to them either, but they all apply to you. You won't be able to simply eat lunch with a coworker, while their entire department clocks out together to eat lunch (and guess who has to do their work and yours while they'r gone?). 3. Any complaints, gripes, new ideas, thoughts, and concerns will be met with a brick wall. 4. You are pulled in too many directions to work efficiently. You will constantly have to help other departments complete their work while maintaining workflow in yours.

Pros

there is none to say. 97% is bad

Cons

1. CEO, is ruthless, unprofessional, corrupt, and two-faced. 2. CEO pretends to be friendly but undermines others behind their backs. 3. There is no work-life balance. 4. CEO take days off for weeks and weeks and weeks. 5. CEO loudly claims not to be a micromanager, yet her actions scream ultra-micromanagement at every turn. 6. CEO expects employees to work like slaves. There is a hidden racism but she think she is smart enough not showing out. 7. Falsely accused someone of having an affair with her husband and fired that woman. 8. CEO and Quality Manager are uneducated and unprofessional. You cannt learn anything from here.
