Management takes the attitube of punishing you when mistakes happen rather than healthy leadership that works to understand where you're struggling, and working with you to help you grow. "you made a mistake, dont make any mistakes or else youre gone" was what I got. Leaders that have been doing the same thing for a long time, and are very set in their ways with technologies seldom used these days in comparison to other roles. Any technical skills gained with SAS meant nothing for my career as no one else I've encountered since uses SAS. Unhealthy management, high expectations, lack of actual support to help you learn and grow in your role/skills. Handful hired at my same time, not everyone stayed. Lack of company culture, lack of a positive environment, and I personally regret the time spent here. The amount I grew in my skills at every other role I've ever had was immense, here, i left with self doubt, questioning my entire career, and honest depression.
