Pros
Venture funded company. Staff is polite and decent.
Cons
- Apart from a few core team members, the employee retention rate for the rest of the employees is alarmingly low. In other words - employees are used like kleenex (especially sales & BD) - Sexism - Male candidates are largely preferred over their female counterparts due to the legwork that is often required from people working in more or less EVERY department - The company did not allow WFH option to several employees during the pandemic on account of the "inconvenience" WFH creates. This was an obligation that severely compromised the safety of the company's employees - Micromanagement dominates company culture. Innovation and leadership is verbally encouraged but when executed, faces severe criticism from the higher management. Every single task has to be vetted with the CEOs before execution. The level of autonomy provided is practically nil - Little to no clarity provided about the KRAs - Unprofessional work environment - verbal abuse of employees in front of everyone, is the kind of practice that is used here to set an example
