This review sounds like it's from a disgruntled employee. We keep track records of any employees that have been let go from our company as well as performance records to indicate a great fit or not. We've actually requested Glassdoor remove this review as it makes a lot of false statements about our company but our request went ignored. We would never promote anything scam related nor does our company teach anyone how to encourage that. We are simply a third party call center vendor that takes on calls on BEHALF of our clients, hence we have no control over their business models and marketing materials. We merely take on a client interested in outsourcing their customer support, and carry out the best interest in their favor and their customers. However, we do understand some of the calls are tough as we need to keep our clients' best interests in mind which means being mindful of the refund rates. We also have intentions of being a long term call center as we are definitely trying to diversify our client base, but case in point, we are merely a VENDOR for the clients.
To address the manager comment; We will certainly look into this, but our manager has been known to be strict in guidelines, yet professional at all times. We do not conduct business in making friendliness a goal, rather we have a business to run, clients to maintain, and guidelines to achieve. If there was something specific our manager had done that you felt was unprofessional other than the 'friendliness' aspect, we would love to look into this matter as we take pride in sustainable and professional environment.
