      Its a great place to learn and grow from day 1 of your job. Each day here is new and different, it could be new challenges, new tasks, new deals. Its challenging at times but also equally rewarding. A good team and a good leader that supports you and takes you along.

      Fast paced, not for those who are looking for a 9-5 job.

      Good location in Mitte is the best part

      Pressurizing environment, long hours ‘suggsted’ rather than put in writing, no remote work policy, grim lack of morals displayed by middle management.

      Opportunity to work in a "scaling environment"

      Cons

      Top down management style with micromanagement rampant throughout. Extremely high churn rate. Fast hiring but equally fast in firing. Awful work life balance. Expectation to start work at 08:00 and working past 19:00. Full time in office also.
