This place is horrible and full of children playing recruiters. The owners talk crap out in the open about the managers and directors they hired, there is no HR department because she will tell your business to her recruiter friends. The female owner only sees her way she can't see a 360 view, she is rude and that seems to be a pattern at Anders with the management team. They have children fresh out of college that they call recruiters that don't have the proper training and Anders sure does not provide a solid training for the recuiters. They just want to place you and collect commission the communication, people skills are lacking. The other owner well lets just say the toxic stuff starts from the top. Stay away!!

Leadership as a whole needs an intensive seminar on how to approach employees. The company cannot retain anyone mature enough to not have an escalation because they run after the facade is lifted. Their senior employees are trapped because the system is designed to keep them happy. The owners are completely out of touch and cannot adapt to modern work rhythms. They micromanage and push people out who “underperform”, but can’t define underperforming. Rules are changed to fit the day and circumstance, leaving everything to question and no security.
