      Being a part of child development. Seeing a child grasp a complex idea/process.

      Pros

      I love my students and look forward to seeing them everyday. I enjoy my work and the challenge of seeing growth in the classroom. Great hours, holidays and benefits

      Cons

      Coworkers are not kind. Most grew up together. They like to hire people from the area. If you are not from there you feel it. It makes it stressful. Be sure to focus on your students. Make sure you have a strong support group at home. Anderson also has a diversity problem. They are not fans of change. They have so much potential. AND what they pay life coaches is a joke. It is more then teachers with degrees. Most coaches never even went to college making 10-20 thousand more.

      Consistent hours Friendly coworkers Passionate environment Employee training if you come in at the beginning of the year

      Cons

      Substitute teachers not guaranteed in place of lead teachers Breaks and holidays are not paid, that means over 3 months of the year with no pay
