no weekend work that's a pro i guess
Cons
company has a cash flow issues, vendors constantly asking when they will receive payment. Company is poorly managed. Everyone is under high stress and not paid enough. Everyone has fancy titles but do not take on responsibility of being a managing role model. not a professional place to work.
