Pros

You can make a lot of money if you do the following: - get in at 7 am - leave at 6 pm - eat lunch at your desk - do not take a break

Cons

The (3) owners - one micro manages - another is on-site, but doesn't have a clue or maybe doesn't care about what goes on outside of their office - third is off site, has been told about the environment, but does nothing to fix it

Great location, casual dress code, early-off Friday option, collaborative co-workers.

Cons

Extremely disrespectful floor manager totally backed by the owners. Extremely low base salary that isn't even a fair draw, especially if you take time off. A seemingly aggressive commission schedule, but it "resets" every month so most are not earning a living wage. Some great employees, but totally demoralized when I was there. Revolving employee door. Unpaid vacation and no benefits except simple Kaiser. No respect for work-life balance. You work on an open floor without one shred of privacy and rumour since I left has it that management watches or restricts your personal email, chats, etc even if work-related. Strong hint: Google the Owners. Strangest place I ever worked! My new position/company is nothing like it!

Great training program, but lacks organization and professionalism

Pros

The owner is great at training, I learned a lot here and have taken what I have learned to another company.

Cons

The owner is not professional and neither was the sales manager. There were constant outbursts from the sales manager and the owner continually said inappropriate things without thinking beforehand. There is no HR manager to control this type of behavior. There is little organization within the company, they dont stick to procedures and the ones they do implement seem to change often.
