Pros

Good work/life balance. Work is steady, slow and not overbearing. 50% employee discount at wholesale prices, along with "virtual cash" given at every pay period ( cap at $200 ).

Cons

Health benefits/dental benefits are a joke. No paid holidays/sick days/vacation days. No communications between different departments. Employees are very cliquish. There is no solid standards that employees need to adhere to.

Pros

Loved interacting with enthusiastic AC fans. AC events were a blast. Andrew is a doll and a lot of the employees are fun to work with.

Cons

Low pay for all of the work involved. As an employee, I felt constantly disrespected by upper management. Suggestions I gave for ways to improve the company were never taken into consideration.
