-Friendly team mates -Exposure to various types of TW -Some managers/seniors are nice
Cons
-Business strategy involves employing graduates and expecting them to produce complex designs by hand with next to no support or guidance. The more you seek help, the more of a fool you are made to feel. -Owner reeks of self entitlement, arrogance and a seriously bad attitude. -Highly condescending and discriminatory workplace in more ways than one. -Typical work till you're burnt out and leave or stay if you are desperate for that paycheck.
