      Clients are great and some other good staff

      Cons

      Disorganised, underpaid due to ancient eba, management treat you like crap if you say no to short shifts that long distances away, no communication or continuity with different staff working with the same clients. Refused to give reference when l resigned

      Pros

      Everyone here is so friendly, it's like a big family. Set hours Good pay for overtime. Manager is nice and helpful, really easy to talk to. Always work to do, loads of opportunities to learn

      Cons

      Basic pay could be a bit better. Still better than average. But no other cons, a really good place to work.
