      Owner of the company is controlling, manipulative, prideful, and passive aggressive which in turn creates a hostile work environment. Preaches integrity, yet does not display it in any of his actions.

      Great people, excellent training, highly recommend. Annual raises and possible for you to earn additional in commissions, but not guaranteed. A true work family.

      Cons

      Little opportunity to advance, due to low number of managerial positions, but can still earn annual raises and possibly commissions depending on job. Overtime sometimes available
