I joined as a new team member and my coworkers did nothing to welcome me. My supervisor was out my first day and no one did anything to reach out to me. They said I wasn't experienced enough and never gave me adequate training. A few months later, they claimed I never improved during my probation period and let me go. I wanted to let them know that none of my team members did anything to help me and when I asked for help, they ignored it and replied they took care of it. I never learned anything and the recruiter told me that I was going to have a great team to support me. What a lie. Please DO NOT work here. Someone from my old firm also joined but left after a few months cause of how toxic this environment was.
