Seven-day work week, you finish on Friday and on Saturday evening you already have to go to work. Very low salaries for workers, because of this, high staff turnover. The entire general management is simply incompetent. For example, they have invested 15 million in a new line and it just stands there because they don't even have the staff to run it.
