- Management will only listen to the select favorites - Forced to do endless tasks that are outside of the job description - Lack of consistency on the manner to handle anything down to the smallest task - Communication between departments in nonexistent - Infinite amount of mistakes are overlooked if you’re friends with management - Lack of supervision in warehouse cause endless work for the office

-the manager who is right under the owner does not have a degree and does not know how to manage -doesn’t care about employees -the environment with the office is such a bad one and they make you feel like you’re watched and uncomfortable -company culture is terrible
