      Good starting pay but limited promotion opportunities

      - Good starting pay for sure honestly in the manufacturing line. - Everyone starts at the same base - 9 to 5 don't bring work back home

      Cons

      - Based on my experience is that if you are on sick leave for even a day, don't get your hopes up for promotion. - Language barrier is one as most senior level are Japanese - Routine job, problems are not complex to solve usually

      Good people, lunch provided by the company

      Cons

      Practices a top-down hierarchy East Asian (Japanese) work model; work environment is very suffocating, stringent, and stale. A lot office power play from the senior management, they expect you to be loyal and obedient followers. Not a vibrant and free place to work in. Operations is very traditional and redundant.
