      Nice colleagues (nothing good about the company)

      Cons

      Bad management, HR admin finance handled by the same person. Salary delayed for months but not allowed to voice out. Work from home are not allowed. Colleagues were nice but unfortunately under bad boss. Employees are forced to pay for company asset/software and only receive claim after months. Zero engineering, zero career growth.

      Colleagues are nice and we get along really well

      Management sucks. Management style sucks. Lots of empty promises never fulfilled or they were just lies to get us into the company. The truth is there are no policies or proper procedures, no employee handbook to guide processes. It is as the "management" wishes it to be. Management also shouts at staff. Very unprofessional and toxic work environment, and racist too. They scold and put you down about your bad performance and pick on everything to make you feel small. Changes their minds frequently about things/directions/instructions.

      Offered high salary package (but you never know when you gonna get your pay ontime)

      Angkasa-X appears glossy on the outside, but the management is absurd, foul-mouthed, and completely illogical. It's a deceptive company that withholds three months' salary and hasn't bothered with EPF and SOCSO contributions since August last year. Feels like a total SCAM.
