Pros

A great place to work with a flexible, remote‑first culture and a strong emphasis on work-life balance. Leadership is open, supportive, and genuinely invested in their people, with a real focus on inclusion and allyship. The team is made up of experienced experts who are well respected by clients and industry analysts. There’s a strong push toward innovation, particularly around AI and automation, and employees are encouraged to improve how work gets done. Great benefits, global collaboration, and a growing client base.

Cons

While the remote-first approach is great, it can be challenging for some where it requires employees to be self-motivated, quick learner, and can easily adapt.

Welcome to the Anglepoint family all the way from Sydney — less than a year in and you have captured it beautifully. Flexible, inclusive, people first and pushing hard on AI and automation. That is exactly the culture we show up to build every day. So glad you are part of it. Best, Divya

Pros

Company has strong experience in most fields and is growing better in others. Flat structure which makes it easy to reach out to C-level execs. Lots of really smart people with specialist knowledge in their field so always someone to get good advice from. Talent and hard work are recognised for career advancement. BEing able to work from home is a huge advantage. Communication in the project teams in quite good.

Cons

Teams can feel siloed from each other. Globally, lots of time zones can put pressure on some people working on projects not close to them. Every client is different but basic standards need to be established.

Pros

The team I work with support each other Compensation is good

Cons

consistent message that no more help is coming even though we sign new clients all the time. Getting a promotion is impossible unless you befriend the executives, and step on other people along the way.
