Good people, good culture, high performance expected
Pros
It’s a place that rewards performance. It’s very intense at times and there is expectation placed on people, it is not the kind of place to join if you want to cruise!! People are given a lot of responsibility early (lots of young managers) which has its pros and cons. There is a mindset of trying to chase our bigger more established competitors. The senior leadership is quite good at maintaining culture and bad hires/toxic people are moved out quickly. The negative reviews on here are normally one of these disgruntled previous employees who haven’t billed or been successful!
Cons
There were some hiring mistakes and the wrong people were put in positions of power. Although that has now been fixed and people have now left the business, it did create a difficult environment for some employees. It’s a young business and most people are in their early 20s which means seniors are sometimes overstretched. It is difficult for anyone to be too negative as the business is growing and most people are excited about being a part of that. Good people who work hard are looked after very well, but those who don’t are not.
