Pros

Excellent place to work and learn. Great opportunities for professional development, a supportive team, and a very positive working environment. The culture is collaborative, and people genuinely enjoy working together

Cons

Salary growth does not always reflect the pace at which employees develop their skills, take on new responsibilities, and contribute to the company's success.

Pros

The recruitment process was very efficient and to the point in my case. There was no time wasted and, as a result, I was hired in a relatively small time frame. Initially I was put in a probation position which allowed myself and the company to check and see if we were a match. Angry Ventures is very results/goals oriented and refuses to adhere to conventions that don't impact these vectors. This results in great flexibility in terms of work time and location, which also means great work/life balance.

Cons

As my first job in the Web Development area I believe I would have beneffited greatly from being more closely accompanied by a Senior Developer to oversee my work, provide feedback, educate me on some of the best practices for producing code and also share ideas back and forth. Angry Ventures did not offer this at the time I was there.
