      Pros

      - nice benefit - free snack, food, drink - parking allowance

      Cons

      - Bad manangement - terrible working timeline, require to build a app/web/BE with in 2 week - micromanagement - you can be early check in, but you cannot be late. if late 15min, require to work extra 1 hour - dont have proper SOP - no work life balance

      Pros

      1. Need to do documentation only, and attend meeting the whole day 2. Learn all the techs by ourselves, no one lead us 3. Do all tech tasks, but someone not doing the tasks get credit 4. One person handle one project. 5. A lot need to list out, but I'm lazy now........

      Cons

      web/mobile need to complete in 1 week, software team only have 1-2 members to build 3-6 web/mobile including UI/UX, frontend, backend, cloud.
