      Pros

      Working with the animals and middle management under Tom was great

      Cons

      Upper management has no place in the day to day sales. They are terribly judgemental about the employees. They just see them as a number.

      Pros

      You get to be around animals all day. Other than that, there really aren't a lot of pros. You definitely won't get paid what you're supposed to.

      Cons

      Management is terrible. They won't tell you what you're doing wrong, so instead they'll just treat you like dirt in a passive aggressive manner.

      Employee discount, use to be much better though

      Cons

      Pretty much everything! Management doesn't know how to manage, blames mistakes on other employees. Pay is next to nothing. Looked at as a number who can be replaced. Don't appreciate how much you do and how hard you work!
