      Management pretend to be chill and nice, at least they will make you enjoy the environment.

      Cons

      But there're always hidden agendas underneath, which you will only find out when you got fired.

      Fun work atmosphere, high energy and high output philosophy. The pay is quite well compared to other start ups and analytical chemistry laboratories.
