Cons
The downturn in IT is killing them and they are panicking with a layoff after another. Anxiety of employees is through the roof.

Cons
The company fosters a collaborative and supportive atmosphere. Teamwork is highly encouraged, and colleagues are always willing to lend a helping hand. There are frequent team-building activities and events that strengthen our bond and make us feel more like a family than just coworkers. The open-door policy is not just a phrase here; management genuinely listens to employee feedback and acts on it, making continuous improvements.
