I've been with Anjuna for 2 years, and I can confidently say that the company has an outstanding culture and remarkable leadership. From day one, I felt welcomed and valued as a team member. The positive and inclusive environment makes coming to work a joy.

The company fosters a collaborative and supportive atmosphere. Teamwork is highly encouraged, and colleagues are always willing to lend a helping hand. There are frequent team-building activities and events that strengthen our bond and make us feel more like a family than just coworkers. The open-door policy is not just a phrase here; management genuinely listens to employee feedback and acts on it, making continuous improvements.

Terrible culture, extremely weak leadership, burned through nearly all of their VC money, and sales are awful and decreasing.
