Vacation cafe location, I'm not everyone fees stuck here.

Cons

You are penalized if you do not meet the NATIONAL BMI, if you have high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and if you smoke. Once I accepted to the job, I realized that I signed my life over to this hospital. They own you 24/7. Mark my words! They will monitor all of the above! They even control you on your weekends.

not a bad place to work if you live in the area and don't mind minimal advancement opportunity

Pros

Nice location, little or no traffic getting around the area. Lots of flexibility with work schedule.

Cons

Management often seems clueless as to what the organization "really" needs. Too many chiefs, and not enough indians. Little or no job growth. Pay and benefits are average.

Great place to work friendly coworkers and great benefits

Cons

Some departments are prioritized majorly over others in form of funding and attention which is understandable but all departments are needed and need to be funded properly to make the hospital run smoothly and safely.
