- Owner/president of company is manipulative and abusive to his employees. Yells, uses foul and demeaning language, constantly berates employees about both big things (client work) and little things (clothing choices). Is not comfortable giving any power to his management/VP team.
- Work/life balance is not a thing here. Your time belongs to the company - including your weekends, your mornings and your nights.
- Constant pressure on employees means frequent emotional breakdowns at work. Lots of yelling, crying, and storming out.
- Employee turnover is frequent.
