Pros
- Wonderful clients that are fun to work with as well as great resume-boosters
- Most of the team are great people who are good at theyre jobs
- Company wellness/gym membership perk is nice if you're into that
- Opportunities for financial bonuses when the company is doing well
Cons
- Owner/president of company is manipulative and abusive to his employees. Yells, uses foul and demeaning language, constantly berates employees about both big things (client work) and little things (clothing choices). Is not comfortable giving any power to his management/VP team.
- Work/life balance is not a thing here. Your time belongs to the company - including your weekends, your mornings and your nights.
- Constant pressure on employees means frequent emotional breakdowns at work. Lots of yelling, crying, and storming out.
- Employee turnover is frequent.
