      Pros

      Bosses very understanding. There's no punch card. Flexible time (you can work all night, and come in late the next day, as long as you get the jobs done).

      Cons

      They do not evaluate employee performance. So, don't expect salary increase every year. Salary also can be quite below average compared to other company with same business.

      Pros

      Very good colleagues, not sure about HR(well) but everyone will try to work together to get a project done. Some of the project manager will go on the same level as you to help with the tasks. It's not too big of a company so maybe that's why. Increment every two years but regarding the amount, that depends on you. Oh and you will find a lot of interesting people and range of profession. Very cool.

      Cons

      Not many sponsored courses. You learn something but you will do similar things again and again. But then again, depends on you. The client usually will find you on your holiday.
