Pros

Being associated with Anther for a year, i still could not find any perks of working with them.

Cons

I have been associated with Anther from 1 year. The management here sucks! They owners are addicted to micro management and favouritism and this is taken to an extent level. They are very far from ethics and management. Female employees are taken for granted and are not treated properly. Females are pressured and targetted vocally, basically it is a male dominated company. Also, taunting their employee every now and then, passing comments, demotivating their employees is their FAVOURITE pass-time. They use "abey" and "chal"language with their employees . Non-vegetarian food is not allowed to eat in the office, if you are employed in this organisation and you love non-veg food you probably have to sit on the stairs and eat it. 9 hours of long hard work(10to 7) and still the employees are expected to wait after 7pm. Break times are limited to 30 mins and just in case if you want some fresh air after sitting in an closed office, the owners of Anther have anxiety issues if their employess just go for a tea break for 10 mins. They ask you to make 100 calls a day, making you feel like a BPO employee.Toliet breaks are monitored, if you get up from your desk for a minute, you are being questioned on your deliverables. They make up their own rules and regulations, they eat up their employees salary, do not provide them with the professional documents. Overall it's a BIG NO-NO place to work.

Pros

Weekends(Sat & Sun) off. That's it!

Cons

Restrictions on having non veg food since the partners are vegetarians. You cant even use their microwave. Favoritism is practiced here. Only 30 mins break and taunting on every single thing. Overall you need to have lot of patience and low self esteem to work here.

Pros

The only pros of working for Anther is that weekends are off and salary is credited on time.

Cons

Anther is not an employee friendly organization and functions as per the whims and fancies of the employers. Since the employers are vegetarians they dont allow other employees to eat non vegetarian food in the organization. Also work hours are extremely long as employees have to work for 9 hours straight with 30 minutes of lunch break. No tea breaks are allowed and washroom breaks are monitored. There is no flexibility during heavy rains which is a common phenomenon in Mumbai and no holiday is given even after the state government declares a holiday. It is a female dominated organization and despite this there is no POSH committee or guidelines in place to tackle harassment at workplace and there have several incidents where female employees were asked to stay back after office hours. Also, the employee turnover ratio is very high as employees do not stay for more than a year and no efforts are made by employers to retain employees.
