      Pros

      Small Company so can grow faster, around 30 people are there and only 15-16 employees are working from office, so no one is professional.

      Cons

      Bad work environment and very un-professional people are there, can't grow here, better to start you own company don't waste time here, Even they don't have proper workspace and there office is like cafeteria..
