Pros

Staff is awesome- some are now great friends of mine! Lots of free schwag and discounts. Cool industry to work in and fun to learn more about. Management was mostly understanding and reasonable with any issues or personal struggles of mine.

Cons

Hours were inconsistent. No pay raises after reviews. Occasionally there was a lack of positive reinforcement and achievements were not recognized. Not a lot of growth opportunities within Any Mountain. Upper management beyond the store and cooperate didn't seem to care about us.

I had a lot of fun, my coworkers were sweet and management always seemed to have my best interests at heart.

On your feet a lot. Some customers can be a handful.
