Amazing place to work

Pros

All of the leadership is amazing and really makes me feel like i have people I can turn to if I am struggling with anything. There seems to be a lot of room for growth not based on how long you have worked for the company but how good of a worker you are. There are multiple opportunities to meet new people and have a break from phone calls. The pay is extremely good for the type of work we are doing!

Cons

Shift pick up can be sometimes not the best as the shifts go pretty quick. Trying to get the shift you want can sometimes be impossible as they may not have enough shifts available for you to work what you want or people will take earlier shifts later in the week so you have to either work late or work more than 5 days in a week. I had some issues wit the recruiting process but once I got to the point when i was appointed a training class it has been great.

You get to work from home

Cons

You have to work from 6 am to 9pm with random breaks in between all day. This job started to make me depressed. You won't get the hours you want. This company is also very liberal and will push ideologies on you.

Pros

-$15 starting pay -Good for people who are in remote locations -40 hours every week -Good training and leadership -Break times are great

Cons

-Learning time (paid 30 Minutes 5 days a week). You watch educational videos. I prefer 37.5 hours a week and take those funds towards performance bonuses based on the tiering system in place. I would prefer to not look at a screen for an additional 2.5 hours on unrelated work. Just my opinion but I'm not complaining. The videos are still interesting just seems a little pointless. I think performance bonuses would boost overall performance and attendance.

Cons

pay could be better, more paid breaks, calls are back to back with little down time

Pros

Work from home. Self scheduling. Ability to trade off shifts if something comes up. Benefits package. Ability to earn up to 80 hours PTO the first year of work. Time can roll over to following year. Paid breaks and ability for unpaid breaks if needed. Frequent group video chats and one-on-one video chats to help you feel connected to your co-workers. The ability to go literally anywhere in the company after the L&D phase is awesome. It's nice to work for a company that would rather promote from within versus hiring upper level people from outside the company.

Cons

Sitting for periods of time (which can be adjusted by your scheduling.) Some difficult callers, but what customer service industry does not have that?! People with some hearing problems can have difficulty, but with the proper headset you can overcome it.

We offer a variety of different breaks and allow for self-scheduling to hopefully allow one to have the flexibility within their scheduled week and we are sorry if you did not utilize the 3 different types of breaks we offer. Pros

This company provides opportunity for growth if you're willing to seek it. The starting pay for entry level is a bit below other entry level remote jobs, but I've found the benefits and positives worth it. You can self schedule within business hours, There are paid internships offered, lots of hands on training within each department, and great support by leadership. The entry level position itself is general call center work, but with a good lead, you're well supported. There are also check-ins weekly, 30 minutes daily of study hall off calls, paid volunteer hours, benefits offered, and more or less breaks offered every hour during call taking shifts.

Cons

Lower than average pay. General call center work.

Has potential but with a lot of flaws

Pros

It is work from home. The leads are supportive. You pick your own schedule.

Cons

The pay is on the low end of the market. The call volume is extremely high. The mental fatigue is very evident and there is no support. The raise is low even for a top-performing associate. You can pick your own schedule but it is performance based. The quality guidelines is also very strict for a low paying job. You can move up and join internships but they solely rely on attendance and have no grace or exceptions. I was lucky to have very kind leads and senior leads, however, with the high expectations and the strictness of the policies. You would think the pay would match it but it does not. The Senior Recruitment team are also some of the most horrible people I talked to. The company introduces themselves with great values and amazing support for employees but they will time and time again fall flat. They make promises and most of them won't come into fruition. They also do not listen to associate feedback. Even when I want to be loyal to the company and stay with them. I have been pushed to find different opportunities. This is coming from a top performing associate. To top this off, the company has very minimal breaks. You have to be on the phones non-stop with minimal ACW or it could drop your stats.
