Pros

Nice colleagues, a good place to gain experience because you have to do it all.

Cons

1. Operation Department doesn’t even know how to do operation. How are your subordinate going to respect you if you’re just all talk but no action? 2. ‘Pointing finger’ culture. No one want to take responsibility. 3. Employees are treated terribly, overworked and under appreciated. Absolutely no work life balance. Everyone is at their mental breaking point. 4. The new human resources never do anything to bridge the gap between employees and management. Let alone between Headquarters and Kluang branch. 5. No career path. If the management doesn’t like you, they simply wont promote you even when your track record is good.

Hi there. Thank you so much for your comment and feedback. It is highly appreciated. In regards to your operations management, we have recently hire key personnel with the purpose of providing clear guidance and management. We have also added more personnel to tackle project management tasks for the purpose of balancing work and personal life of our operations team members including pilots. We have also restructured our HR management and have allocated a budget to ensure cross engagement is done between all of our personnels in various branches. Nevertheless we highly appreciate your feedback and with this feedback, we are able to further fine tune our organisation and ensure everyone's wellbeings are protected.

Pros

Joining this company was like stepping into a blank canvas with full creative freedom — and that was the beginning of something truly special. As a Principal Staff Engineer, I had the rare opportunity to build the software and AI team from the ground up. It wasn’t just about writing code — it was about shaping vision, defining structure, and fostering a culture that could scale with purpose. The trust placed in me was something I’ll always be grateful for. I was empowered to lead full-stack initiatives, create robust AI pipelines, and design systems that went from idea to real-world impact. The autonomy here wasn’t just a slogan — it was a way of working. What made the journey fulfilling was the people. I had the chance to mentor, collaborate, and grow alongside a team that cared. Even after deciding to pursue a study, I was supported with a great plan that allowed me to continue contributing to the company’s growth. And one thing that never changed — and truly anchored the culture — was the leadership at the very top. The CEO remained grounded, clear, and inspiring since day one. Through all the changes, he stayed true to the company’s purpose. For me, he wasn’t just a leader — he was (and still is) a role model of integrity and purpose-driven leadership.

Cons

Like any growing team, changes in direction and leadership dynamics can shift over time. Toward the later part of my journey, some internal changes made it a natural point for me to step back and focus on my next chapter. That said, I still hold deep respect for the mission and the people who shaped my experience here.

Pros

It is a fast growing company & you can learn independently because there won’t be any direction or guidance, you are on your own. 24/7 working, very productive.

Cons

Challenges include limited recognition for hard work, a high turnover rate, and potential gaps in leadership qualifications. Incremental raises are minimal, even for significant achievements. The company tends to have a micromanagement culture with limited flexibility for remote work, despite tasks being suitable for it. There's an unspoken expectation of overtime without corresponding compensation, and leaving on time is met with questions while overtime is perceived as a duty You can find a better company with better culture, trust me on this.
