      Come into work whenever you want

      Cons

      If you are not Chinese, you get treated like a second class citizen as all senior management are Chinese. No health and safety standard so expect to die for this company. Be ready to be ridiculed and harassed openly in front of every one.

      Pros

      Great place for a starter job in a CSR position. An amazing place to work if you are from China. Otherwise don't get comfortable.

      Cons

      China owned company. No accountability from supervisors when they are in the wrong. They will begin to target you and make you leave or fire you if they are done with you. At that time, HR was horrible. No understanding of HR duties. Your raises are based on China.
