Pros

Apax offers opportunities for professional growth and development. The management team encourages continuous learning, providing access to training sessions on the latest mental health practices and recovery strategies. I have personally benefited from workshops on advanced recovery techniques, which have significantly enhanced my skills and ability to support our residents effectively. There are some good benefits that you can take advantage of in every day life such as holistic programs . Apax allows for colleagues to work in a way that best suits their strengths. Apax works in a way that your voice can be heard to give the workplace a new sense of life and meaning. Apax tries it's best to give quality to it's residents and not to drop in standard

Cons

Workloads can outweigh given expectations and can prove detrimental to how people are able to work effectively. There can sometimes be knee jerk reactions to when dealing with staff. Apax can be forced to take on admissions that do not suit the service and don't stand their ground on what they can cope with causing a ripple effect within the service.
