Apax works in a way that your voice can be heard to give the workplace a new sense of life and meaning. Apax tries it's best to give quality to it's residents and not to drop in standard

Cons

Workloads can outweigh given expectations and can prove detrimental to how people are able to work effectively. There can sometimes be knee jerk reactions to when dealing with staff. Apax can be forced to take on admissions that do not suit the service and don't stand their ground on what they can cope with causing a ripple effect within the service.

Pros

I knew I had made the right decision accepting the job with Apax from the very first encounter. The HR department was very professional and quick when responding to each stage of the interview process. On my first day everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. My first week was a very well organised and structured orientation followed by an induction and continuous training. My first month has been thoroughly enjoyable and rewarding, there have been times when there has been a lot of information provided, however there is no expectation to retain it all and subjects are revised regularly.

Cons

Only con is that it takes me just over and hour to get to work but I don't mind it
