Pros
Founders have a lot of faith and autonomy in employees. They don't micromanage and allow employees to work independently. The typical annual performance review comes with a raise, but it sometimes is only the rate of inflation. Colleagues are great!
Cons
Apero requires employees to come into the office 5 days a week even though the job descriptions often says "with opportunities to work remotely". The founders aren't great with providing feedback. When asking a question it can often feel like you're pulling teeth which makes employees not want to ask questions.
