Pros

- Getting home every day after work. - Leaving there and never returning.

Cons

If you are offered a job at Apex, there are things they will NOT tell you until you have accepted the position. The main one being you HAVE to use PTO time for government holidays, when the bank is already closed! When this came up very shortly after starting, they acted like this was standard everywhere. I've been in banking over 30 years and this is literally the only bank that makes you use PTO on days they're already closed. Beside the PTO, the management was terrible, they didn't know what they were doing. And their solution to everything was to work longer hours/more OT. You would be better off going on government assistance than working here.

Pros

There are no good reasons to work there. They will promise you the world then cut you loose when you can’t do the workload of 3-4 people.

Cons

It’s a disorganized mess with poor management leading good honest people in all the wrong directions. Get ready to be overworked and mislead.

Pros

Fast hiring process and Monday- Friday schedule

Cons

This is a horrible place to work. No real training with minimal direction on job duties. Out dated filing system.
