      Pros

      A unique position in the marketplace, invaluable training, appointments are set for you. Great opportunity for a young person that wants to get a start in managed IT sales. Free snacks every day, cute little incentives for a job well done, polished office that shows well to prospective clients and an amazing lunch room.

      Cons

      Zero flexibility, expected to work extended hours, and really rigid unnecessary polices that hinder productivity and efficiency. The goal is to just run appointments non stop, whether qualified or not, until you hit one that is a real opportunity and then the CEO takes it from there. A Sales professional with a solid network and the chops to work and succeed independently will find this role a step backwards in their career.

      Pros

      Apex is a great company to work for with awesome people. The compensation is competitive, health benefits are good (from day 1 of employment), and ample paid time off is offered. The culture at Apex sets it apart from other companies and I would recommend Apex to anyone looking to advance their career.

      Cons

      There isn't much to say in this area, but Apex might not be for someone who just wants to show up every day and punch out at 5:00. Apex is a growing company and sometimes it's necessary to be flexible in order to reach your goals and aid in the growth and success of the company. It's exciting to be part of Apex where there's a true team mentality and everyone gives 100%.
