Pros
Project work is usually pretty good. Trying to break into new markets, new products. Willing to leave the old technology behind.
Cons
Very little effort to enable consultants to learn from one another. No company-wide meetings for the past few years. No sense of community, especially within the delivery organization. Minimal promotion opportunity. Nearly everybody has a Senior Consultant title.
