      None. There are absolutely none, unless you enjoy hearing someone verbally pleasure themselves all day at the expense of your sanity.

      Cons

      Owner is a liar. Destroyed all new hire documents and tried to claim I never worked there, to attempt to avoid paying me. Asks for 5 day work week with occasional appointments on days off, really works you 7 days a week 60 plus hours at a low salary. Cheap, reuses soiled linens to save a few cents on washing. Requires you collect and store used body oils to reuse. Micromanaging and unwilling to listen to reason.

      Pros

      Working for more than 3 years, no issue . The previous employee who are writing ill comments were here temporarily and were non compliant with office policies. The staff are treated very well here. You get health insurance benefit and other benefits. Bonus if you excel. If you are an employee , you are recommended to work MON-FRI AND 2 SAT in a month ( written in your contract) . You are not an hourly employee , please keep in mind. Its transparent and well discussed before you join.

      None. Dr. Suman is a terrible highly unprofessional employer.

      Cons

      The hours are ridiculous. As a massage therapist typically a full time schedule is 25 hours a week. I specifically told him i can not work more than 25 hours a week and he still continued to work me 38+. He is highly disrespectful of any sort of commentary or change to his business even when it’s in his best interest. He takes patients money far in advance then never provides the services. He’s far too personal and touchy as well. Over all in my month of being there he was by far the worst employer I’ve ever had.
