Mismanaged mess, sales team has no direction or training, commisions are not paid, always an excuse. Sales department has zero leadership to speak of. Finances are not tracked correctly nothing is transparent, really no way to know if you get a bonus or commission since there is no way to tell the health of a project. Extreme micromanagement from ownership. No real HR department. Benefits are less than desirable. Definitely a waste of time working here, happy I am no longer there.

Disorganized with no direction. No company values, no clear job roles, just a mismanaged mess. Sales department was mismanaged and disorganized with no clear direction or leadership. No training for your job, some systems in place but no one that works there anymore knows how to use them. Constant beratement, name calling and threats from leadership. Revolving door of employees and subs, as most subs do not get paid they just get replaced with new ones while never paying the former. No bonuses or commissions were ever paid. No work life balance at all. Leadership does not listen to the concerns of the employees. This place was a really toxic work environment.
