Management only cares about making money, they don’t care about their employees but act like they do. Interview and training just felt... wrong, dying interview, they don’t want to get to know you they want to tell you about themselves. First meeting you have with the owner, all he talks about is how much he hates AMR and how much money he has. They still have manual stretchers and will sent crews to pick up patients over 300 pounds with the manuals. Pay for EMTs is incredibly low. Paramedics pay is decent but they do just as much, if not less work them the EMTs do at this company. They send their crews back late all the time (sometimes over an hour late) and will have you drive over an hour in horrible weather conditions. Dispatch plays favorites and will run less liked crews to the ground. Lots of 12 hour days with no break. If they tell you they care about their employees, they say that because you make them money while they pay you close to nothing.
