I am happy to update here that since 2023 we introduced a number of changes that have resolved this including: - Daily huddles - Weekly meetings - Monthly townhall - Weekly 1-on-1s ( implementation ongoing We introduced this when all the team echoed what you said above during some strategic planning last year. Happy to announce the leaders reported during the last planning session that the meeting pulse resolved this.
